Hidden Cypress offers intimate wedding collections designed for couples who want a meaningful, beautifully styled celebration on a smaller scale. From a simple “I Do” ceremony to a full day of wedding festivities, our packages provide a relaxed and naturally elegant setting for gatherings of up to 50 guests.
Choose from several scenic ceremony locations, including a serene water backdrop and tree-lined lanes. Tables, benches, wedding arches, and a decorative metal frame for custom styling are included for larger gatherings.
Each collection also includes professional photography and a 3–5 minute highlight video, allowing you to relive the beauty and emotion of your day.

the booking process
After the initial email, let's schedule a meeting. Meeting in person is one of the best ways to talk out your vision for your wedding day. Once you have decided that we are a perfect fit, I will then email you a proposal and contract with a wedding prepayment invoice. Once paid, let the planning begin!
THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
We will start with scheduling a complimentary engagement session and discuss timeframes of sending out save the dates and invitations as well as a preliminary wedding day timeline. If you get a final walk through of the venue, I would love to come walk it with you so that I can make sure I am familiar with it before your wedding day. At least one month out from your wedding day, we will start solidifying the wedding day timeline.
02. THE PLANNING
It's wedding day finally so sit back and relax because it's going to be the best day of your life! I will guide you throughout the process to ensure that you are not rushed and that we can capture some amazing light.
